Cooking Recipes: Roast Chicken Wings

- 12 full chicken wings, tips, flats and drums all attached
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- A heaping tsp of your favourite herb or spice, like thyme, curry or chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and turn on your convection oven if you have one.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl large enough to allow room for tossing.
- Add the wings and toss until thoroughly and evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings on a baking tray and cook until they are crispy brown on the outside but still juicy on the inside, about an hour.
