Cooking Recipes: Roast Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  • 12 full chicken wings, tips, flats and drums all attached
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • A heaping tsp of your favourite herb or spice, like thyme, curry or chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper

Method
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and turn on your convection oven if you have one.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl large enough to allow room for tossing.
  3. Add the wings and toss until thoroughly and evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wings on a baking tray and cook until they are crispy brown on the outside but still juicy on the inside, about an hour.
