Urban Decay : Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer

Urban Decay expands on its Naked Skin makeup collection with this concealer that the brand says will NEVER (emphasis theirs) settle into fine lines. Although it's certainly not a flawless option, there's enough here to love that makes it worth exploring.

Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer's packaging is standard for this type of product: A clear tube with a doe-foot wand applicator. The fragrance-free concealer feels creamy going on and spreads easily.

Though this does have a pliable texture take note: It dries super-fast! Any blending needs to take place quickly or you'll find yourself with concealer staying put exactly where you applied it, instead of evenly spread. Coverage is initially medium, though it's easily built to the full coverage touted in the name.

I found this did a great job concealing blemishes and facial redness without budging through the day. When it comes to dark circles, coverage is good, though if you have very dry skin around your eyes you'll likely want to opt for a more emollient formula.

Urban Decay says this concealer is hydrating, yet on drier skin it emphasizes dryness, and it also tends to settle into fine lines.

When it comes to the shade range, there are 11 natural-looking options available for very fair to medium skin tones. That's an impressive range that nicely complements the brand's foundation shade range.

Last but not least, the formula contains a good mix of antioxidants for their skincare benefits—and their inclusion helps to justify this concealer's higher price.

If you don't have very dry skin and want a fuller coverage concealer that lasts, this liquid concealer deserves an audition!

PROS:

  • Buildable coverage.
  • Covers blemishes and redness without fading.
  • Good range of natural-looking shades.
  • Contains an impressive mix of antioxidants.
  • Fragrance free.

CONS:

  • Fast drying formula means you need to blend quickly.
  • Despite claims, settles into fine lines by the end of the day.
